Hi,
I have been chaffing fairly badly on longer runs, like anything over 2 hours. I have tried Body Glide, vasoline, aquaphor, etc. I am not fat, so I am not sure what is going on.
One thing I want to try is wearing those tight running shorts under my training short and possibly by themselves when I race. The problem is that I have no idea what to buy, this is a new territory for me. Is there a difference between half tights and spandex shorts? Triathlon shorts and bike shorts?
What do i buy for just racing and training? Any good brands?
